You can tell quickly that interior designer Mark Wilson has a natural knack for creativity. He’s constantly dong something new and exciting in his field. I think it’s because he’s always been curious. Wilson studied Art History at Harvard, worked at Knoll International, took a bit of architecture at the University of the Philippines, only to move to Barcelona so he could complete his MBA.
But it’s clear that the learning hasn’t stopped for him. As the creative director of Wilson Escalona Design, he has a vision that reflects his refined taste and deep understanding of function. And all those same aspects Mark is known for translates into his venture into jewelry. In this epsiode of “Conversations With…” we explore a little bit of his creative process.
