My Best Dressed Picks at #Oscars90

Fashion / March 05, 2018
Like clockwork, Oscar Mondays got me scrolling through my feed so I can look at the red carpet looks. Every year, I look out for those who stole the show, those who took risks, and those who looked amazing without trying too hard. It’s a tall order given the star which grace the Oscars red carpet. Can you imagine the hours spent in wardrobe and the frantic schedules and solutions stylists had to go through to make their celebrity clients look good.

From the many looks, here are a few of my favorites.

Jennifer Lawrence in Dior

Jennifer is easily one of my favorites and when it comes to her and Dior, they can do no wrong.

Mary J. Blige in Atelier Versace and Roger Vivier bag

One of the classiest ensembles I’ve seen at this year’s show.

Samantha Weaving in Schiaparelli Couture

I love how this dress put together different hues of pink, coral, and purple.

Zoey Deutch in Elie Saab Couture and Tiffany & Co. jewelry

I love the craftsmanship that went into the making of this dress.

Jane Fonda in Balmain

I never thought I would like something with shoulder pads but somehow Jane Fonda pulls it off.

Gina Rodriguez in Zuhair Murad

This dress is the type which gets everyone’s attention. In a good way.

Leslie Bibb in J. Mendel

Leslie’s choice makes her looks classy and timeless but the see-through fabric and details make the dress on-trend as well.

Phoebe Waller-Bridge in Vionnet

On the red carpet, this polka-dot number is sweet and unexpected. But the minimalist, understated look works.
