Well-made perfumes have always had hefty price tags, and like many Filipinas, I’ve spent hard-earned money on bottles of luxurious fragrance like Jo Malone and Diptyque. Call it impractical, but I’ve always believed that a great bottle of perfume is a worthy investment.
So when I found a perfume brand that feature luxurious scents with great staying power at affordable prices, I was hooked. Soleil et Lune makes perfumes that were made for the classy, busy woman. Their perfumes contain notes that would smell great day or night, and are perfect for use any day of the week!
My favorite is the Brigitte, an uplifting scent that reminds me of sunshine. It starts fresh with notes of morning dew, blackcurrant, and petit grain (an essential oil distilled from the leaves and twigs of an orange. These are followed by notes of succulent nectarines and acacia honey. Finally, enjoy the lingering scent of vetiver, peaches, and plums.
