On top of everything she’s got going on, including a Vogue US cover, Kim Kardashian is ready to enter the skincare world. KKW Beauty is set to relaunch with a skincare line this spring, according to Hypebae.
The new line of products is due to how KKW Beauty was acquired by Coty Inc. Shortly after the million dollar deal, KKW Beauty paused operations in August 2021 in order to prepare for a “completely new brand with new formulas that are more modern, innovative and packaged in an elevated and sustainable new look.”
Prior to this move, a trademark for “SKKN by Kim” was filed by the second oldest Kardashian sister.
What to expect? It seems to be that secrecy is what will keep us tuned as Coty’s chief executive Sue Y. Nabi shared to Business of Fashion, “We are focusing on skincare. We really wanted to create something disruptive and top-notch in terms of quality and ingredients. So we are focusing on making this a huge success and then we will see for the other categories later.”
