This is a fun episode of “Conversations with…” as we got Lovi Poe!
This beautiful actress took a little time before a photoshoot to play “This or That” with us. Here, we asked her about her favorites and what she favors among hard choices like Manolos or Louboutins, cake or ice cream, and if she’d rather be Angeline Jolie or Gwyneth Paltrow.
We also asked her a little bit more about her style. Personally, I’m a bit of a fan of Lovi Poe’s fashion sense. She’s one of the girls who prove the dressing well is all about taste, regardless of the brands you are rocking. I like how she can mix up her outfits. She can be girly, sexy, and sporty, depending on her mood. It doesn’t feel contrived, wherein she wears something just because it’s on-trend without giving regards to her personal taste.
It’s also admirable how Lovi is sincerely humble about the compliments she gets. “Sometimes I still kind of find it surprising that I’m part of the fashionable women here in the Philippines,” she says. She even confesses “I grew up dressing ‘baduy.‘ I guess as time goes by you develop your personality and you know more about yourself. I guess it’s about being comfortable when it comes to fashion. ” Wouldn’t you say that’s good fashion advice?
We also touched on her beauty routine for a bit. It’s clear that Lovi can go all all-glam for an occasion but regularly she’s a sunblock-blush-and-go kinda girl, who puts a premium on her skin.
